Harvest Management Group acknowledges that its employees and consultant may be exposed to, or acquire information that is confidential to the client and its clients or to a third party to whom the client owes a duty of confidentiality. Should the client require a code of confidentiality to be signed, the consultant and any of our staff that work with the account will be required to sign our company confidentiality agreement, which encompasses client confidentiality.
References are forwarded on a strictly confidential basis and shall not be discussed with the applicant. As the applicant’s details are forwarded under strict confidentiality, you are requested not to contact or communicate in any way whatsoever with the applicant or any of his/ her current or previous employers without Harvest Management and/or the applicant’s prior consent.
Final Selection & Acceptance
The final responsibility for the selection of a suitable candidate rests solely with the client. Therefore, Harvest Management Group cannot be held responsible for any damages of whatever nature arising from or caused by the actions of a candidate introduced by our company policies and rules.
Non Solicitation
Harvest Management Group will never solicit any of the client’s employees anywhere to be recruited for any other of our client partners. The provision of this clause shall operate as a restraint of trade for the duration of this agreement and for a period of one (1) month thereafter.
